Terms of Service

By using Gumball Studio you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Service

Gumball turns a product photo into AI model photoshoots using PhotoRoom's Virtual Model. You provide a product image or URL and we generate images based on your chosen model, scene, pose and style.

Account

• You sign in with email + verification code. You are responsible for keeping your email secure.
• One workspace per email. Workspaces, products and generations are private to your workspace.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

Your content and rights

• You retain rights to product photos you upload.
• You represent you have the rights to any image you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.
• You grant us a license to store, process and send your product image to PhotoRoom solely to generate images for you.
• Generated images are provided for your commercial use (product marketing). We do not claim ownership of your generated images, but we may retain copies to deliver the service and prevent abuse.

Acceptable use

Don't upload illegal, infringing, deceptive, or non-consensual intimate imagery; don't attempt to bypass quota, rate limits, or signed URL protections; don't reverse-engineer or abuse the generation pipeline.

Plans and billing

• Studio — $15/month, billed via Dodo Payments. Includes 1,500 credits/month (~100 images, 15 credits per image/regeneration).
• Monthly credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
• Top-ups (e.g. 100 credits per $1) are sold via a separate Dodo product and remain until spent, even if your subscription lapses.
• Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise at checkout. Taxes may apply.
• We may change pricing with notice; changes apply from your next renewal.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. See Returns & Refunds.

AI disclaimer

Generations are AI-based and may be imperfect. We aim to preserve garment details (prints, logos, proportions) but you are responsible for reviewing images before commercial use.

Availability and changes

We provide the service as-is, without warranty. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. We will update the date above when we do.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
